OUR RENTAL POLICIES

Our Rental Policies Revised 12/09/06

All Fees Are Subject To Change Without Notice.

Rates:    All of our rates are based on a 24-hour rental period.  Weekends are considered to be a one-day rental with delivery starting on Thursday or Friday and pick-up on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.  The date of delivery and pick-up is to be determined by our schedule.  Please contact us if you would like to rent on a long-term basis.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

Reservations:  A deposit of 50% of your total charges is required for us to reserve your equipment.  If you would like to cancel your reservation, there is a 25% cancellation fee of your total charges.  If you cancel your reservation 7 days or less, there is a 50% cancellation fee of your total charges.  Reductions are not available within 7 days.  You may add to your rentals and a different invoice will be made for you.

Equipment rental is on a first come first served basis.  Therefore, early planning is the best way to ensure you'll get everything that you'll need for your event.

Final Payment:  The remaining balance is required at least 7 days before event date.  Two forms of ID is required for first time rentals.

A valid credit card will be required to be on file for all rentals.

Delivery:  The fee for delivery and pick-up is 15% of the total rentals with a $50.00 minimum and $150.00 maximum and within 30 miles from Simi Valley.  Distances beyond 30 miles is charged at $2.00 per mile plus 15% of the total rentals with a $50.00 minimum and $150.00 maximum of the rentals.   We use Mapquest to determine the distance.  There is an additional fee for set-up and take-down and must be arranged in advance.  There is an additional fee for upstairs (even with elevators) or downstairs delivery and pick-up.  We must be informed of upper or lower floors upon your reservation.   We can only deliver within our delivery area between 9:00 am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.  Our delivery crew will stack all items in a neatly manner at your convenient place.  Specific time of delivery or after hours delivery will incur additional cost.  Additional fees will apply if rental items must be carried long distances from the delivery truck.

We deliver your glassware, dishes and flatware in special containers so that you will receive your items sparkling, sanitized, table-ready, and undamaged.  Our dishes and glassware are never chipped.   Call us right away if you see any chipped dishes or glassware.

Pick-up: Please fold up all chairs and tables immediately after the party.  Do not leave them unfolded outside overnight.  Our tables are made of wood particles and exposure to moisture will warp the tables.  We will pick up all rental items at the same location as delivery.  Please rinse all dishes, flatware, glassware, and serving pieces so that they are free of food and place them in the same containers as delivered. 

Tablecloths should be free of food and returned in the container that was delivered.  Napkins should also be placed in the container.  Do not place linens in a plastic bag, it will cause mildew stain, which doesn't come off.  A replacement fee is assessed for permanently stained linens.

All items should be placed in a single location and ready for pick-up.  Items that are not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees. Specific time of delivery or after hours delivery will incur additional cost.

Customer Pick-up and Return: Sorry..... This service is not available at this time.

Set-up and Take-down:  This service is available for $1.00 per chair and $2.00 per table, $1.00 per tablecloth, $2.00 per serving for setting up items including dishes, glassware, flatware, or napkins and must be arranged prior to delivery and pick-up.  Setting-up the items for the buffet table is $20.00 per table (for example, if you have 3 tables connected together, the cost for setting ups is $60.00).

Damage Waiver:  All customers are required to purchase Damage Waiver at the time of reservation.  Damage Waiver is non-refundable and the cost is 10% of your total rentals and it covers accidental damage to the equipment with normal usage.  It does not cover theft, malice, or intent to harm.  Please read your Leasing agreement for further information
